Delivery

All of our products are shipped from the UK.

Orders are currently being processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation to confirm your order has been dispatched and is on it’s way to you. 


All prints up to size A3 / 30 x 40cm are packaged in rigid cardboard mailer envelopes which ensure their safe delivery.

Prints size 50 x 40cm upwards are packaged in postal tubes.

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail 24 Postal Service and arrive within 1 - 2 working days from dispatch date.

All of the timescales listed above exclude Sundays and public holidays). Orders maybe sent in multiple packages due to the order size.

Estimated delivery time

Royal Mail 24 shipping typically takes 1 - 2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Please allow up to 15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for International orders following email confirmation of dispatch. We do not ship orders at weekends or on public holidays.

Returns

Please contact us to arrange returns no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your products. 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning unwanted items and these costs are non-refundable.

Our shipping costs are also non-refundable if you return part of your order.

Items should be returned within 14 days of contacting us. Refunds will be paid within 2-3 calendar days after returning the goods, or evidence that they were returned. Refunds are made via your original payment method (please check with your card issuer for timescales).

If you receive a damaged/incorrect print, please contact us info@dluxeprints.co.uk with the following information ASAP:

- Order number 
- Customer name 
- Attach a photo

All returned Items must be in a resaleable condition, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.

We do not offer returns/exchanges/refunds on any of our personalised prints

Customs and Imports Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and imports taxes that may apply. D'Luxe Prints accept no responsibility for delays due to customs.
