Refund / Exchange Policy
All orders are printed to order and are carefully selected and quality checked whilst being packaged to send out. We are not able to accept returns if you change your mind, therefore, please choose carefully as unless your purchase is faulty we will not issue a refund.
Unfortunately, we have no control over parcels once they have been shipped and on occasions, parcels may get lost or slightly damaged while they’re making their way to you. If you don't receive your item within 7 business days of receiving your dispatch email or your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve any issues.
Damaged / Faulty Items
If you have received your order which was damaged upon arrival or faulty in any other way, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction, so please contact us if you are dissatisfied with the item you have received. In order to ensure we can deal with your enquiry promptly please email us at email@example.com including your order number and pictures of the damaged product(s)/packaging.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If under certain circumstances where your item isn't damaged/faulty and we have agreed to issue you with a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number and pictures of the damaged product(s)/packaging.
Once we have agreed your refund, you should mail your product to the address on your receipt which is included with your order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 5 working days.
Late / Missing Refunds
If you have been notified by email that your refund has been processed and your refund has not credited your account within 7 working days, please contact us at email@example.com so we can investigate this for you.
