Do you create custom prints?
Yes we do offer custom prints, please contact us and let us know what you'd like and we'll be happy to help.
Will I receive a frame with my print/s?
No, frames are currently not included or for sale but please sign up for our newsletter as we will be launching frames later in the year.
How soon will my prints be sent?
All prints are printed to order and are printed, packaged and posted within 4 - 7 working days.
Any urgent orders, please let me know and they can be posted same day as long as the order is made by 2.30pm.
You will receive a confirmation email or text to confirm your order has been dispatched.
How are my prints sent?
Prints are placed in cellophane bags.
All prints up to size A4 are sent in rigid cardboard mailer envelopes which ensure their safe delivery.
Prints size A3 upwards are sent in postal tubes.
What happens if my parcel gets lost in the post?
We keep all proof of postage; for UK orders if your prints haven't arrived within 7 days, for International within 15 days, send us an email to let us know and we'll happily reprint and send your order to you.
How long does shipping take?
1st class post usually take between 1 - 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 'Signed For' Delivery is also via 1st class post and will usually be delivered within 1 - 2 working days from being dispatched.
For international orders, please allow up to 15 working days for delivery following receipt of email confirmation of dispatch.
How do I return my order?
All prints are printed to order and are carefully selected and quality checked whilst being packaged for their new home. Therefore, please choose carefully as unless your purchase is faulty we will not issue a refund.

Did you purchase a product that was damaged upon arrival or faulty in any other way? We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, so please contact us if you are dissatisfied with the item you have received.
